Critical: Payment Protocol

When making a payment, DO NOT REFRESH or close the browser. After the payment is successful, wait for the automatic redirect. Closing the site early causes the "Pending" status error.

Why is my order status "Pending"?

Pending status usually occurs if the payment gateway hasn't sent the signal back to our system yet. If you refreshed the page during payment, the system may fail to update automatically. Please contact support with your receipt.

Mobile Legends ID/Server Error?

Always double-check your Player ID and Server ID. If you enter the wrong information and the Diamonds are delivered to another account, we cannot retrieve them or offer a refund.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, refunds are available ONLY IF:
• You entered the correct ID/Server info but the system failed.
• Payment was successful but stock was unavailable.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Delivery Speed?

90% of MLBB top-ups are instant (1-5 minutes). During high server load, it may take up to 30 minutes. If 24 hours pass without delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
